Home Events Church Organizations Resources Get Involved Contact Us	Church Network for           Education on Palestine The Church Network for Education on Palestine (CNEP) is a network of organizations and activists working in the Chicago metropolitan area to educate local churches about the Israeli-Palestinian crisis. We seek to promote awareness of the dire human rights situation faced by Palestinians living under Israeli military occupation and to educate about the particular realities of the Palestinian Christian community. It is our hope that awareness and education will lead to action for justice in the Middle East. 		Israel is building a wall that will stretch the entire length of the West Bank.  It is a combination of 25 foot high concrete walls with machine gun towers razor wire. In Bethlehem, 25 foot walls will surround the city on three sides.   Although it is frequently called the "Green Line" wall, it is actually being built far inside the Palestinian West Bank and will eventually completely surround Palestinian population centers.
